Ce film, réalisé par Maurice Lemaître en hommage à Ince et à Hart, ancêtres créateurs du film de cow-boys, possède une histoire western, mais celle-ci ne se trouve pas sur l’image, qui est noire du début jusqu’à la fin, mais dans le son. Nous ne révélons pas ici l’originalité de ce son narratif (originalité dans son utilisation filmique) mais il est d’un humour auquel ne peut être insensible aucun spectateur. Ce dernier, pendant le déroulement du film, pourra ainsi imaginer tous les westerns et anti-westerns possibles.
This film, directed by Maurice Lemaître to pay a tribute to Ince and to Hart, ancestors and creators of the cowboys film, has a "western" story but which is not on the image- black from the beginning to the end- but in the sound. We will not reveal here the originality of this "narrative" sound (originality in its filmic use) but it has such an humour that spectator can't be insensitive to.
