Tony Wu

Chun-Hui Wu Tony, né à Taitung en 1966, vit et travaille à Taipei, Taiwan. Il fait les études des beaux-arts, spécialisé en cinéma et video, d’abord au San Francisco Art Institute, puis au Milton Avery Graduate School of the Arts, Bard College, New York. Il est membre et coordinateur du Rive-Gauche Theatre Group, co-fondateur et programmateur du Image–Movement Cinematheque. . Son film, Sentimental Journey a reçu le Best Avant-Garde Film Award au 2003 Taipei Film Festival, son dernier film Noah Noah a reçu le Best Experimental Film Award au 2004 Taipei Film Festival.

He studied and received BFA, major in Filmmaking at San Francisco Art Institute and is a MFA in Film/Video, Milton Avery Graduate School of the Arts, Bard College, New York. He is a member and company manger of Rive-Gauche Theatre Group and co-founder and curator of Image –Movement Cinematheque. His film Sentimental Journey received the Best Avant-Garde Film Award from 2003 Taipei Film Festival and Noah Noah received the Best Experimental Film Award from 2004 Taipei Film Festival.
