Javier Di Benedictis

He was born in 1985. He studied Image and Sound Design at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he joined the teaching staff of the Aesthetic class. He works with mixed media, different techniques and technologies. His work "Autumn Spring" was exhibited at the JCC Cultural Center in Spain. "Forest: Beach: Dance", was exhibited in several different formats, and had been selected for Gallery of Anima Mundi (2012) in Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo, Brazil. He also participated by making animations and frames in the film "75 people, 20 houses, 300 cows" , winner of the FEISAL Prize in International Film Festival of Guadalajara, Mexico (2012) and jury Mention at the Latin American Film Festival of Catalonia, Spain (2012). In 2012, he starts to produce in 16 mm, led by the duo Distruktur from Berlin. Now he is finishing an experimental animated film about Salers, a magical french town.
